This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the terms on which you may access and use www.wearedreamweaver.com (the "site"). It applies to all users and visitors. 2.4.4. in any way damage or risk damaging our goodwill, brand or reputation;

2.4.6. promote sexually explicit material, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
2.4.7. infringe any copyright, database right, trade mark or other intellectual property right of any other person;
2.4.8. be likely to deceive or mislead any person;
2.4.9. be made in breach of any legal or contractual duty owed to a third party;
2.4.10. be threatening, harassing, abusive, or likely to cause annoyance, alarm or distress to any person;
2.4.11. be used to impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
2.4.12. promote or assist any unlawful act.
3. CONSEQUENCES OF BREACH
3.1. We will determine, at our discretion, whether a breach of this policy has occurred and may take such action as we consider appropriate.
3.2. Failure to comply with this policy constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Use and may result in any of the following:
3.2.1. immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site;
3.2.2. immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any User Content submitted by you;
3.2.3. a formal warning;
3.2.4. legal proceedings against you for recovery of all costs resulting from the breach;
3.2.5. disclosure of information to law enforcement authorities as required or reasonably considered necessary.
3.3. You agree to indemnify us against any liabilities, losses, costs or expenses incurred as a result of a breach of your obligations under this policy, including any claims brought against us by third parties.
4. MODERATION
User Content is not generally moderated, although we reserve the right to moderate it at any time. We will not be responsible as author, editor or publisher of any User Content and expressly exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from use of our site in contravention of this policy. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that we deem, or that is notified to us as being, defamatory, unlawful, in violation of third-party rights, or in breach of this policy.
